We have total 12 SMT lines
The maximum size of PCB our SMT machines can handle is L534mm*W610mm, minimum size is L48mm*W48mm; Thickness from 0.4-6mm
The biggest size of SM device we can handle is 45mm*150mm with pitch 0.3mm;
The minimum size of SM component we can handle is 01005;
The total capacity is 400 millions placement points/month.

Manufacturing Capacity-Digital Products
-14 belt lines (including 5 package lines) all delicated for RoHS products only
- All lines can make small digital products such as MP3/MP4 player, mobile phones, GPS, Digital Photo Frame,
UMPC etc.
-The maximum output is about 600k pcs /month on digital products.
Manufacturing Capacity-MI
11 M/I lines with wave-soldering machine
M/I components include radial type of resistor, capacitor and diode;
The max size of PCB we can handle is L550mm*W350mm,the min size is L50mm*W35mm；
The M/I production output is around 160 millions points/month or about 3.5M pcs of SMPS products per month.
Manufacturing Capacity-AI
Resistor, capacitor and diode can be automatic inserted by AI machine
AI production output is around 10 million points/month.
