1. SMT
- 12 SMT production lines, all are RoHS compliance.
- PCB size from smallest of L50mm*W50mm to biggest of L457mm*W356mm.
- Can handle the biggest size of QFP(45mm*45mm) with 0.3mm pitch
- Can handle the smallest chip size of “0201”
- Can handle BGA, CSP, LLP and other non-standard shape components.
- Solder-paste thickness inspection and X-Ray testing equipment.
- IC programming technology
2. M/I
- 11 M/I Lines, 8 of them are for lead-free products.
- PCB size from smallest of L50MM*W35MM to the maximum of L550MM*W350MM.
- With auto lead forming & cutting capability for those radial type components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors) in paper-taped or bulk packing.
- With capability to handle red/yellow glue PCB and various kind of double-layer PCB board.
- Product’s aging time and temperature can be adjusted automatically.
- 4 sets “Chroma 6000” testing equipment assigned for SMPS products.
- SMPS product’s manufacturing capacity can reach 20k per day.
- 3 sets ICT testing equipment.
3. Set-top Box Assembly
- 10 Set-top Box automatic assembly lines.
- Assembling products including DVB-S/STB/VCD/DVD/ Amplifier/ Volume console etc.
- With capability to do IC programming on line upon customer request.
4. Digital Products and Mobile Phone
- Production lines are anti-static and dust-free proven where the room humidity and temperature are automatically adjusting.
- Assembling, testing and boxing Digital products including MP3/MP4/PMP, mobile phone and GPS communication products.
- Lead-free production lines.
